Dr. Marjan Heshmati
Welcome to my dental practice! I’m Dr.Marjan Heshmati. I graduated from Mashhad University of Medical Science in 2000. I spent 16 years running a private dental practice in Iran before relocating to Canada in 2017.
In 2019, I began my work in lovely Winnipeg, Manitoba, where I practiced for two years before returning to Ontario in 2021. I started a new role in South River, surrounded by wonderful colleagues in a picturesque area. In August 2022, I expanded my practice to various parts of Toronto, gaining valuable experience along the way.
Dr. Parastoo Afghari
Dr. Parastoo Afghari earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2013 in Iran, followed by a Master’s in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology, which refined her diagnostic expertise. After six years of practicing dentistry, she relocated to Canada in 2019, where she successfully navigated the challenges of the pandemic and has been dedicated to caring for patients since early 2023.
Dr. Mehrdad Radvar
Dr. Rad, a distinguished dental professional, earned a DDS from Mashhad Dental School in 1989 and a PhD in Periodontal Dentistry from Glasgow Dental School in 1996. He passed the National Specialty Board Exam in Periodontology in Iran in 1996. In 2022, he secured licensure for general dental practice with the RCDSO after passing the NDEB process.
Dr. Rad served as a Professor in Periodontology at Mashhad Dental School until 2019, heading the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Implants from 2012 to 2015.
Ashley Ogden - Dental Hygienist
Ashley graduated with honours from the Dental Hygiene program at Georgian College in 2007. She is a caring and experienced dental hygienist who enjoys building meaningful relationships with her clients and helping them understand and improve their oral health.
With over 15 years of clinical experience in Toronto, Ashley has worked in a variety of settings, including specialist offices where she developed expertise in supporting nervous and anxious clients. She is passionate about health empowerment and strives to make every appointment a positive and educational experience.
Banafsheh Sharifian Dehkordi - Dental Assistant
Banafsheh is a caring and patient-focused dental professional with over fourteen years of experience as a dentist in Iran. She completed her dental degree at Isfahan University of Medical Sciences and spent many years providing gentle, comprehensive care to patients with a wide range of dental needs.
Fatemeh Mayahi - Dental Assistant
Fatemeh is a dedicated dental professional known for her compassionate approach and commitment to high-quality patient care. She graduated with a Distinction Award from her dental program in the United Arab Emirates, obtained her professional license in Iran, and built her clinical experience in both Dubai and Iran, caring for patients with diverse oral health needs.
Samin Vahed - Admin
Samin is a dedicated, patient-centered dental professional with a strong clinical foundation. She completed her dental medicine degree at Tbilisi State Medical University and gained several years of experience as a dentist, developing a deep passion for patient care and oral health education.
